Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • IZOASIS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • IZOASIS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package, but we are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Change of Delivery Address:
