Written return and refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you a month to return your item if needed. Just make sure it's unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and keep your receipt handy. To start a return, email us at izoasisshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know right away if there are any issues. Certain items like perishables, custom orders, and sale items can't be returned. We can't offer exchanges directly, but you can return the item and make a new purchase. If you're in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel your order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know about your refund status. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process.
